Stainless steel casters compared with ordinary industrial casters, the difference is that the bracket and standard parts are made of stainless steel, corrosion resistance.
In choosing stainless steel casters, pay attention to a few points.
1.size
Generally speaking, the larger the diameter of the casters, the less force used to push them, and the greater the ability to cross obstacles. We often use casters are 2 inches, 2.5 inches, 3 inches, 3.5 inches, 4 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches and so on. Supermarket shopping trolleys, logistics trolleys, tool trolleys and other casters that often need to be pushed are usually 4-6 inches. However, a larger diameter caster will raise the centre of gravity and increase the cost of the equipment, which needs to be considered comprehensively. If you do not need to push the equipment, such as items, refrigerators, etc., only need to move when clean, use no more than 3 inches of casters.

3.Wheel material
General wheel materials are PU, TPR, PP, rubber, nylon and so on. Polyurethane casters are the more widely used materials.

There are many ways of mounting casters, such as flat plate type, bolt type, hole top type, card spring type, etc. The base plate type is the most common, which can be used for heavy load or directly welded to the equipment.
